On the nomination proposal by the State Great Hural /Parliament/ of Mongolia, he was appointed as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia by Resolution No. 58 dated June 6, 2019 of the State Great Hural /Parliament/ of Mongolia. He was elected as the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia on the plenary session of all Justices of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia on May 31, 2024.
