Delegates led by H.E. Mr. Bayasgalan Gungaa, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, participated in the 6th Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent InstitutionsThe   6th  Congress   of   the   Association   of   Asian   Constitutional   Courts   and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) was held in Bangkok, the capital of the Kingdom of Thailand, from September 17 to 20, 2024. The delegates from the Constitutional Court of Mongolia included H.E. Mr. Baysgalan Gungaa, Chief Justice, as well as Justices Mr. Gangabaatar Dashbalbar and Mrs. Enkhtuya Erdenee.

This Congress was held under the theme “The Role of the Constitutional Court and Equivalent   Institutions   in   Strengthening   the   Constitutional   Justice   for   a   Sustainable Society”   and   delegates   from   20   countries,   including   Mongolia,   The   Republic   of Indonesia, the Republic of Türkiye, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Malaysia   and   the   Republic   of   India   participated.   The   Board   of   Members’   Meeting (BoMM) was held during this Congress and approved the “Bangkok Declaration”.The Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand is presiding over the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions from 2023 to 2025.
