The Constitutional Court of Mongolia and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe jointly organized the international seminar “Legislative Reform of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia” on May 5, 2025 in Ulaanbaatar. 

     During this seminar, former member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, professor at the School of Law of the National University of Mongolia, and Doctor of Legal Sciences Ts. Sarantuyaa presented an “Introduction to the Draft Law on the Constitutional Court of Mongolia” and introduced the main changes of principle included in the draft law.
