The opening ceremony was opened by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Mr. Suhartoyo S.H., who presented the key decisions of 2025.

    In addition, H.E. Ms. Elvira Azimova, Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Mr. Abdul Ghanee Mohamed, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Maldives, H.E. Mr. Aung Zae Thein, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, H.E. Mr. Kadir Özkaya, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye, some representatives of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions, and other guests, a total of more than 200 people, participated online and personally.
