AACC SRD Newsletter Published

The Secretariat for Research and Development (SRD) of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) has published its Newsletter for the first half of 2026.

As reported in the Newsletter, Ms. Oyumaral Bold, a senior specialist of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, has been seconded to the AACC SRD, located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, since 6 April 2026. During her one-year research term, she is conducting a comparative study entitled “Legal Framework and Current Challenges in Adjudicating Impeachment Disputes before the Constitutional Court: Focusing on Mongolia and the Republic of Korea.”

The SRD of the AACC regularly conducts research and analysis on constitutional amendments and decisions of constitutional courts in countries across the region and publishes the results in an annual book series.

Since 2018, the AACC SRD has published an annual book series on constitutional developments, with eight volumes published to date.
