The 5th International Symposium, organized by the Secretariat for Research and Development of the Asian Association of Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC SRD) under the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea, was held in Seoul from August 25-28, 2025.
In the international symposium’s sub-session, held under the theme of “Right to Privacy”, Mr. Tsolmon Tsedev, Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, gave a presentation on the topic of “Right to Privacy in the Constitution of Mongolia” and participated in the discussion by answering questions from judges and researchers.
This international symposium was attended by the members of the AACC, including judges of constitutional review bodies, scholars, and researchers in the field of constitutional law.
