The Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia participates in the 5th International Symposium of Secretariat for Research and Development of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC SRD), which operates at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea, held its 5th International Symposium titled “Recent and current issue in constitutional law” from the 18th to 21st of May 2026 in Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
The International Symposium involved total 41 representatives of 16 members of the AACC, who presented outcomes of their researches made since 2018, through 4 sessions on topics including ‘Constitutional amendments,’ ‘Major constitutional judgments,’ and ‘Constitutional significant legislation.’
As representatives of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, Bilguun Ganselem, Head of the International Relations and Cooperation Department, and Bat-Erkhem Basbayar, Senior Officer of the Legal Department, participated in the International Symposium and made a presentation in the session on ‘Constitutional major judgments.’
